Here is an old school recording from a KPSS plenum or something from the mid-eighties. The orator sites numbers about increased iron production 'like Lenin had predicted'. Towards the end he mildly criticizes 'our organization of labor and other shortcoming' in order to stay within the party line of 'glastnost'. But then he vows to improve on these shortcomings.
