Massive Fraud: The Numbers.

A few weeks ago this blog published a short article about UC Professor Constantine Balakirian analyzing the massive fraud perpetrated on the presidential election day in Armenia. He ran the numbers provided by the CEC, extrapolated them against the CIA analysis of the Armenian population figures and analyzed the results. It's quite amazing to see how the numbers just don't make sense.
