A snapshot from the Serj 'inauguration' from the TV reports. There are no independent pictures of it since no reporters were allowed to be present. It's hard to believe that they actually put swastikas on the Opera building.

I heard that at the last minute they hanged the swastikas as a tribute to their supporter parties Hanrapetakan ( fascists) and Dashnaktsakan ( Nazi).
The footage shown on the Tv was recorded earlier.
They wanted to have a very private party.
