Taking RK to the Hague.

Robert Kocharian has committed grave crimes against Armenia and the Armenian people. He twice took power based on falsified documents thus committing the grave crime of usurping power. He strengthened his authoritarian and dictatorial governance with blood - with the massacre on October 27, 1999 - and established a banditocracy in Armenia. He ended his reign again with blood - the violent massacre on March 1, 2008 which, with all its characteristics, is a crime against humanity.

Consequently, we, the citizens of Armenia signing this document, demand an independent investigation of the crime on March 1 and give the case of Robert Kocharian to the International Criminal Court in the Hague. (note: the earlier version of this post mistakenly identified the court as the UN Crimes Court in the Hague).

UPDATE: Tzitzernak provides a telephone number where the citizens of Armenia, unable to sign the document personally, can call and remotely sign the case against Robert Kocharian. The citizens can call 520974 in Yerevan from 11am to 5pm.

So there are two such hotlines working toward the same goal:

One with Tzitzernak, and one in Baku.

Kocharian has been a big ally of Baku with his policies. I am sure Baku would have loved if Kocharian was still ruling Armenia.
