Who looks more evil in this photograph - Rice or Ataturk?
Condi's just got to lay off the "Joker" line of lipstick...
"Joker lipstick" is way more descriptive than what I would have described it - "dark red lipstick".

umm... Ataturk was at least good for his own nation, or thats what they believe. Condi screwed everything.
