Emma's question, not mine. I figured he just found Brezhnev etc. speeches and cut and pasted things together, substituting the word "Armenia" when necessary. Apparently, though, he outsources the work to Azerbaijan...
I wouldn't judge the above mention words so harshly, because it is universally admitted that NKR captured lands outside the administrative borders of NKR to create a buffer zone.
However it is interesting reference to Brezhnev speeches. I may guess that the FM Nalbandian has something to do with it. He is a typical remnant of Soviet bureaucracy.
