It's Getting Closer to the Fan.
The Armenian tax authorities have started calling the small and medium size enterprises and are demanding prepayment of January 2009 taxes. Looks like they have issues with revenue side of the budget.
As I have mentioned a number of times before, it is not cheap to keep the country clamped down through force. All these cops and stuff need to get paid. So far the most negative impact of the banditocracy was the increasing rates of crimes and decreasing rates of solving these crimes because the cops are busy abusing peaceful civilians.
