The banditocracy continues to behave like a banditocracy is supposed to behave.
At 5:30 pm the police receive a complaint against Saribek Suqiasyan. At 6:00 pm the police raid the offices of Saribek Suqiasyan. Such quick response is unheard of in Armenia. For example, blogger Mirope was assaulted by a group of police officers in civilian clothing and he reported it to the police. More than a month later there is still no case reported at the police.
It gets a little more interesting as eye witnesses say that the arrests were made at 4 pm, or 1.5 hours before the police say they received the complaint.

Given that Saribek Suqiasyan is the brother of a former political prisoner Khachatoor (Grzo) Suqiasyan, methinks the arrest is more sinister than what the police reports below.

2009 թվականի նոյեմբեր ամսին ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի կողմից գործարքն անվավեր է ճանաչվել, ինչից հետո ՓԲԸ-ում հայտնվել է նոր բաժնետեր, որը ցանկություն է հայտնել գնել իրեն պատկանող բաժնեմասերը: Այդ մասին Սարիբեկ Սուքիասյանին տեղյակ պահելու նպատակով Գոռ Դավթյանը փետրվարի 12-ին, ժամը 13.00-ի սահմաներում գնացել է «Սիլ գրուպիե գրասենյակ, որտեղ Սուքիասյանն ու ոմն Արտաշ սպանության իրական սպառնալիքների տակ նրան պարտադրել են ստորագրել բաժնեմասերի հետ կապված որոշ փաստաթղթեր:
Փետրվարի 12-ին, ժամը 18.00-ին Սարիբեկ Սուքիասյանը — «Այրարատե տոնավաճառի տնօրեն Արտաշ Ստեփանյանը բերման են ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին:

Important info you neglected to mention:
The Suqiassians are the "honorable" founders of Armenia's oligarchic system with the full blessing of Papa Levon.
If this is part of the process of cleaning the country from HHSh filth (which is the only internal enemy Armenia has now, before 1988, it was the Azeri minority), I totally completely support the government's effort.
Suqiassian's funded that stupid adventure which resulted in 10 deaths and the burning of Yerevan by Levon's Witnesses on March 1.
They are hitting them where it hurts most, their pockets. It happens in America, France and UK too by the way.
