Kind of long but watchable.
Sos Sargsian on the current pop culture environment. Although he seems to call for government oversight on TV broadcasts, he fails to mention that it all rolls down the hill. The government itself abuses people and has come to power with spilling blood. It is not reasonable to expect them to do anything positive about it, and the TV is simply a mirror of the society.

He is a good actor but I wouldn't call him an intellectual. I can never recall him ever going against the authorities for the defense of justice. He always went by the flow. It's a soviet survival instinct he can't help it.
