This is the kind of things I like.

Հայաստանին հետաքրքրում է Իրաքի վերակառուցմանը մասնակցելու հնարավորությունը

Once I was taking an exam at YSU and a much older 5-th year student was being grilled by the professor. The question was "You are the manager of a cement factory. After the Desert Storm, there is need for reconstruction in Iraq. What would you do?"

The future economist answered: "Start importing oil".

After several attempts to explain the constraints of the question, the professor gave up and gave the student his "passed" grade. For some reason, I have this eerie feeling that this student is a major policy maker in the Armenian government nowadays.
