Levon's Ultimatum.
Մենք դեռեւս հակված չենք իշխանության հետ վերջնագրի լեզվով խոսելու, բայց ժողովրդի համբերությունն էլ չափ ու սահման ունի։ Ապրիլի 28-ը պետք է դառնա կա՛մ երկխոսության սկզբնավորման, կա՛մ էլ՝ իշխանության ու հասարակության վերջնական ջրբաժանի օր։
We are still not inclined to present an ultimatum to the regime. But the patience of the people has its limits. April 28 will either be the beginning of a dialog or the day of the schism between the people and the regime.

Didnt teh schism occure 3 years ago, on March 1? 3 years were lost, this can't be serious.

I don't know what is serious and what is a joke any more. I think the term would be "completed schism".
I just hope that there is a resolution to the situation. The country suffers and loses any prospect of becoming a viable sovereign entity while only a handful of folk prosper.
