Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործով. Ներքաղաքական «Ցմահներից» ողջ են հինգը

Տասներկու տարի առաջ` հոկտեմբերի 27-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցած ոճրագործության կատարողների՝ երեք տարի տեւած դատավարության ընթացքում եւ դրանից հետո գործի հետ առնչվող մի շարք անձինք կասկածելի հանգամանքներում մահացան:
Հիշենք հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործով անցնող անձանց ճակատագիրը ու մահվան հանգամանքները: Այդ մահերի միայն թվարկումն արդեն կարող է հիմնավոր եզրակացությունների հանգեցնել:

Մահվան առաջին դեպքը տեղի ունեցավ ողբերգության հենց հաջորդ տարին: 2000 թվականի օգոստոսի 29-ին «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում իր բանտախցում իբր էլեկտրահարումից մահացավ գործում որպես կասկածյալ ներգրավված Նորայր Եղիազարյանը, որը մասնագիտությամբ էլեկտրիկ էր: Նրա դիակը հայտնաբերվել էր «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ մեկուսարանում: Ըստ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության` Եղիազարյանը մահացել էր 220 վոլտ հոսանքից: Իսկ ըստ տարածված լուրերի, նրա գլխին հարվածի հետքեր էին հայտնաբերվել, ինչը, սակայն, պաշտոնապես չէր հաստատվել: Այս գործով նախ քննություն էր իրականացվել, սակայն շուտով գործը կասեցվել էր:

2004 թվականի ապրիլի 16-ին իր բանտախցում իբր ինքնասպան եղավ հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործով ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Վռամ Գալստյանը՝ կախվելու միջոցով: Իրավապաշտպաններն արձանագրել էին, որ ճաղավանդակից կախված Վռամ Գալստյանի ոտքերը կպած են գետնին: Դեռեւս դատաքննության ընթացքում Գալստյանը պարբերաբար հայտարարել էր, որ իրեն հոգեմետ դեղեր են ներարկում, եւ «ամեն ինչ անում են, որ ինքնասպան լինի, որպեսզի ճշմարտությունը չբացահայտվի»: ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարությունից կատարվածի կապակցությամբ հաղորդագրություն էին տարածել. «Վ. Գալստյանը ինքնասպանությունը կատարել էր սավանով` կախվելու միջոցով, կատարվածի մասին տեղեկացվել էին ՀՀ դատախազության մարմինները, դատապարտյալի մերձավոր ազգականները, ինչպես նաեւ` քրեակատարողական ծառայության խնդիրներով հետաքրքրված մի շարք իրավապաշտպան եւ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ»,- ասված էր հաղորդագրության մեջ: Փաստի կապակցությամբ հարուցված էր քրեական գործ, որը հետագայում կարճվել էր: Վռամ Գալստյանը ահաբեկչական խմբի պարագլուխ Նաիրի Հունանյանի քեռին էր:

Վռամ Գալստյանի «ինքնասպանությունից» մի քանի ամիս անց` նույն 2004թ. մայիսի 28-ին Ապարան-Երեւան ավտոճանապարհին վթարի ենթարկվեց հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործով կալանավորված, հետագայում ազատ արձակված Աժ պատգամավոր Մուշեղ Մովսիսյանը: Վթարից հետո նա մի քանի վիրահատության ենթարկվեց, սակայն գիտակցության չգալով, մահացավ:

Նույն տարում եւս մեկ մահ գրանցվեց: 2004թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ԱՄՆ-ում, կրկին ավտովթարից, զոհվեց նշված գործով որպես վկա անցնող ԱԺ նախկին բուժքույր Ռոզա Հովհաննիսյանը: Վերջինս ԱՄՆ էր մեկնել հոկտեմբերի 27-ից կարճ ժամանակ անց:

Իսկ ահա անցած տարի` 2010թ. մայիսի 15-ին, ժամը 19.00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում, իր անկողնում հայտնաբերվեց հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործով 14 տարի ազատազրկման դատապարտված Համլետ Ստեփանյանի դին: Նրա պատժի ժամկետը լրանալու էր 2012-ին: Ըստ նախնական եզրակացության, 57-ամյա Համլետ Ստեփանյանի մահվան պատճառ էր հանդիսացել սրտի կաթվածը: Մինչդեռ Ստեփանյանի նախկին պաշտպանը մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ վերջինս սրտի հետ կապված նախկինում որեւէ խնդիր չէր ունեցել: «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում հասարակական վերահսկողություն իրականացնող դիտորդական խմբի անդամներին մահացածի խցակիցները հայտնել էին, որ ճաշից մոտ կես ժամ անց Ստեփանյանն իրեն վատ էր զգացել, պառկել էր, ինչից հետո խցակիցները խռխռոցի տիպի ձայներ էին լսել:

Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործով ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված վեց հոգուց այժմ ողջ են հինգը` Նաիրի եւ Կարեն Հունանյանները, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը, Աշոտ Կնյազյանը եւ Էդիկ Գրիգորյանը: Առաջին երկուսը գտնվում են «Երեւան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում, Էդվարդ Գրիգորյանը, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը, Աշոտ Կնյազյանը` «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում:

Բանակում զոհվածների հարազատների բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ բերման ենթարկված Գասպարին ձերբակալվել է

Երբ Ալիկ Սարգսյանը դուրս եկավ կառավարության նիստից, մի խումբ ցուցարարներ նրան դիմավորեցին «ամոթ, ամոթ» բացականչություններով։ Այնուհետեւ ոստիկանապետին ուղեկցող իրավապահները կառավարության շենքի դիմացի մայթին շղթա կազմած ցուցարարներին հրելով փորձեցին ճանապարհ բացել դեպի ոստիկանապետի մեքենան, որպեսզի Ալիկ Սարգսյանը կարողանա մոտենալ դրան։ Սկսվեց հրմշտոց։ Առանձնապես բարձր բղավողների թվում էր Վարդգես Գասպարին։

Ալիկ Սարգսյանի հեռանալուց հետո, երբ երթը պատրաստվում էր շարժվել դեպի նախագահի նստավայր, ոստիկանները շրջապատեցին ցուցարարներին եւ Գասպարիից պահանջեցին իրենց հետ գնալ բաժանմունք, նա չհամաձայնեց, ընկավ գետնին եւ որքան էլ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը փորձում էր թույլ չտալ Գասպարիին բռնի ուժով բերման ենթարկել, ոստիկանները ոլորեցին ակտիվիստի ձեռքերը եւ մտցրեցին մեքենան ու տարան։

Homo-Soveticus have genetically been bred to be brown nosers. If they didn't suck up to the party people during the Soviet years, they might end up without a lucrative job that came with a secretary. So, through this unnatural selection, sucking up became a normal and acceptable behavior.

The independence was supposed to clean that up. However, the degradation of the society in the past 10-12 years has brought these people to the forefront.

The latest example can be found hung on the wall of the Armenian Union of Painters as part of an exhibition marking the 20 years since the declaration of independence. 

Pay a particular attention to the flying Sasunci Davit, the Tzovic-Tzov waves under Ararat, the rays of sun illuminating Serj's forehead and his white necktie.

Victory Gardens.

In the UK and the US there was the concept of "Victory Gardens" during the war years. The urban populations in the British and American cities were urged to cultivate small plots of land to grow their own food in order to mitigate the food shortage caused by the WWI and WWII. The local governments allotted land, sometimes vacant spots, sometimes public parks, for this. they also encouraged people to cultivate the land in their backyards.

A similar food shortage was present in Armenia during the Karabakh War. People started gardening on small plots of land in their yards, public parks and the deforested areas after trees were cut down for wood stoves.

But the biggest contrast is the value system behind it. While in the West these gardens are called Victory Gardens, in Armenia these are known as "destruction of parks during Cold and Dark Days".

How can a nation like Armenia weather hardships if this is the attitude propagated by the political and cultural leadership?

I don't know if he meant a BURN! moment but that exactly describes the Armenian relationship with Russia.

Blurring the line with immorality.

The Obama Administration has admitted that the CIA had disguised itself as a medical service in order to get Osama Bin Laden. They had organized a fake vaccination campaign thus jeopardizing the reputation and credibility of the medical field.

There is no guarantee that a medical team delivering aid to war ravaged populations is not going to be viewed with suspicion and be subject to hostile action.

I have ended my “email acquisition phase” ending up with a grand total of 5700 Facebook contacts (2 accounts) and a total of 8000 high quality email addresses (representing all spheres of cultural conservative thought). I now have a direct way forwarding my compendium to a good portion of the most dedicated nationalist oriented individuals in all Western European countries, including the US, Australia, Canada, South Africa, certain Eastern European countries, Armenia, Israel and even India.

I wonder who these people from Armenia were.

Justice, Banditocracy Style.

This was a Radio Liberty report about Shahoom Hayrapetyan who worked for Lfik Samo (one of the more notorious oligarchs in Armenia). He accused some relatives and friends of Lfik in kidnap and physical abuse.

Well, justice has been served. A court in Yerevan has found Shahoom Hayrapetyan guilty of false rumors and has given him a one year suspended sentence. I think Mr. hayrapetyan got lucky. They could have imprisoned him for a few years. To see the picture of his and Lfik Samo's residences, click here.

Lesson reaffirmed: do not ever trust the Armenian law enforcement.

Interesting concept to avoid persecution.

During the violent crackdown on March 1 and later, this blog became the Samizdat when Kocharian closed down all free media in Armenia. The materials were received from anonymous sources and I never had any desire to know what the names of the people were. My primary reason was to avoid having part in persecuting them. At that point I was not sure how much of the traffic here was monitored and whether my interactions were traced through the IP addresses to find the locations of the sources.

It seems that these dark days are over but today, this is what caught my attention on Radio Liberty:

«Հարցաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ բաժանորդից բացի նույն հասցեից օգտվում են բազմաթիվ այլ անձինք, եւ հասցեատիրոջը հայտնի չէ եւ չի կարող ասել, ըստ իր ցուցմունքի, թե այդ տեսանյութերը կոնկրետ ովքեր են տեղադրում», - ասաց Հարությունյանը:


"Interrogations revealed that the subscriber uses the same [IP] address is used by numerous other persons, and the addressee (the person accused of publishing the video - IA) does not know and cannot say, according to his testimony, who has placed the videos" said Harutyunyan [the KGB agent, pictured - IA].

The March 1 commission has tracked the IP address of a Youtube video showing the police shooting at the demonstrators and have tracked the user and his IP address. Armenia is notorious for persecuting the whistle blowers instead of the real criminals.

It gets interesting:

«Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Ավագյանի ծածկագիրը տարբեր մարդիկ են տնօրինում, Հարությունյանը պատասխանեց. - «Փաստորեն, այո, եւ շատ մարդիկ»:


Answering Radio Liberty's whether multiple people have access to Avagyan's [the person accused of publishing the video - IA] user account, Harutyunyan said "Actually, yes, and a lot of people."

So, the YouTube user account is open to multiple people, who are unknown to each other and thus they can avoid the long arm of the Armenian KGB.

I had not come across such a solution yet. Hopefully this will be a nice tip to all of us fighting dictatorships around the world.
