The Armenian banditocracy has been doing everything to bar the opposition Armenian National Congress as they try to hold a conference. All their request to different owners of suitable venues has been denied, be it publicly or privately owned. At some point ANC circulated the idea that they will hold the conference in Tbilisi. But since that will be expensive, the idea was abandoned.

So far they have not found a venue.
