I wonder if the political prisoners who were brutally tortured on March 1 are going to take the Armenian government to court for the violation of the Article 3 of the The European Convention on Human Rights:
Article 3: Prohibition of torture
No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Of course, it has to be compliant with the Article 35 (the reason that 2 of the 3 claims by Meltex were rejected by the court):
Article 35: Admissibility criteria
1 The Court may only deal with the matter after all domestic remedies have been exhausted, according to the generally recognised rules of international law, and within a period of six months from the date on which the final decision was taken.
