XterNet, an ISP in Armenia, has blocked this blog.

At least one ISP, Xternet, has blocked this blog in Armenia. I will have to come up with a solution to reach XterNet customers.

Any suggestions?

  1. I use Intergalaxy, which is a part of Xter.net and can reach your blog. Why you think it was blocked by Xalt? But if it was nothing could be done unless visitors uses feed or anonimous proxy

  2. At least one reader has reported that the blogspot.com domain has been blocked by their ISP which is Xter.

  3. Levonforpresident.com is also blocked by Xter
But there are still ways to access it

Youtube is also blocked. Load your videos in other places. google is not blacked so it will bring video search results.

  4. Try to use free proxy servers to open youtube and other western based websites.
Simply search for free proxy server in google and try some.
    Share your results with others.

  5. I'm using Xter.net now, and I also tried accessing your blog via ArmenTel's connection. Both work and there is no block.

Levonforpresident.com is also accessible via ArmenTel. However, it does appear to be blocked by Xter.net when I get this:

    Forbidden

Your request cannot be serviced due to access restrictions. Please contact your System Administrator for further details

Incidentally, I can't access A1 Plus from a dialup at home, but I can with DSL at work (not ArmenTel connection and possibly with the ISP having their own access rather than via ArmenTel).

  6. Thanks. I asked some XterNet customers and they couldn't access blogspot at all. It's good to hear that others are able to.

  7. Well, I could from home using two ISP dialup accounts, that's all I can say. I've also had no problems accessing Unzipped as well which is also blogspot. However, the Levon site was definitely blocked by Xter.net but not by ArmenTel's own internet service.
