The Journal Of An Armenian In Exile.
I heard from 3 different people that it is blocked.I set up my computer with an Armenian proxy server - I tried both Arminco and Netsys and both did not allow me to get to YouTube.com
OK, so it's true. The funny thing is that a lot of media outlets are blocked but Golos Armenii is online and continues to spew its old school hatred.
YouTube is working for me here. However, I'm using a connection at an IT company which uses an ISP that has a connection separate from ArmenTel's. I'll try later from home. Because I'm on dialup I rarely watch videos when I'm there.
Ok, I can access YouTube from work no problem. However, that's via an ICQ who apparently are separate from ArmenTel's network. At home, though, YouTube times out constantly using ArmenTel and Xter.net dialup accounts. Same is now true for ArmeniaLiberty.org.
via ISP, sorry.
